Whether it is an unauthorised shop sign, house extension or industrial activity we assist clients in dealing with all aspects of planning enforcement. In particular, we have expertise in dealing with Enforcement Notices, Breach of Condition Notices and regularising planning applications. At Ashley Grantham Smith we have a great deal of experience in dealing with these matters - assessing the validity of Enforcement Notices, negotiating with the local planning authority and putting forward options to resolve disputes, pursuing Lawful Development Certificates and submitting appeals against Enforcement Notices.
