Who are we?
Ashley Grantham Smith is an independent consultancy offering professional advice and support on a wide range of planning and development issues, especially planning applications and appeals. We also act as project managers and advise clients who wish to directly manage development projects themselves.
The practise is completely independent of particular developers, builders and construction firms, local authorities and other professional practises. When necessary, we use an expanding network of specialist practises (such as structural engineers, noise consultants and solicitors) to supplement in-house expertise. We also have direct access to the Bar if necessary, to instruct Counsel for opinions and to appeal at enquiries.
