Once planning permission has been granted for a development project, we often continue to be involved with clients as project managers. While the client makes key decisions affecting the scheme, we deal with the more direct management of the project. Our involvement relieves the client of the burden of negotiating with contractors, dealing with a range of construction oriented regulations and liaison with the many parties involved. As an alternative, clients dealing with modest projects seek our advice to give them the confidence and support to manage the project themselves. We respond to requests to provide further advice as projects proceed and will provide clients with guidance throughout projects should this be their preferred way of working.
